Buy vouchers |
Vouchers can be purchased in the shop like normal articles. As soon as you have bought a voucher and it has been activated after successful payment the amount will be displayed in the shopping cart. Now it is possible to send the link "Send Voucher" with the desired amount via email. |
How vouchers are sent |
In order to send a voucher please click on the link "Send Voucher" in your shopping cart we require following information from you: first name and surname of the recipient, valid email address of the recipient, the desired amount (you are able to send partial sums of the voucher) and a short message for the recipient. Please check all provided details again before sending. Before sending you have at any time the opportunity to change your details. |
Purchase with vouchers |
As soon as you have a credit you are also able to use it for paying your order. During the order process you have the option of redeeming the voucher. Should the voucher not cover the goods value you must select a desired payment method for the differential amount. Should the voucher value exceed the goods value then the remaining amount on the voucher will be available for the next order. |
Redeem vouchers |
If you have received a voucher via email you can redeem the amount as follows: 1. Click on the link provided in the email. In case you don’t have a personal customer account you have the option of opening an account. 2. After you have placed a product into the shopping cart it is possible for you to enter the voucher code. |

Should in the unlikely case any problems arise with the voucher please contact us via email: info@vapowelt.de. Please outline the problem with as much detail as possible and important information includes amongst other things: your customer number, the voucher code, error messages of the system as well as the browser you have used (e.g. "Internet Explorer 6" or "Firefox 1.5"). |
