DELIVERY AND SHIPMENT CONDITIONS

We exclusively send to the below stated regions & countries. A delivery to other countries is unfortunately not possible.

The delivery is made with Deutsche Post / DHL or DPD Predict. We send swiftly, discreetly and free of charge from an order value of 100 EUR inside Germany with DHL (also to so-called “Packstationen”) or DPD Predict.

The minimum order value within Germany is EUR 10, outside of Germany it is EUR 20. We charge a minimum quantity surcharge of EUR 1,50 below the minimum order value.

Why do we charge a small quantity surcharge and why is that only an advantage for our customers?

Although this bothers some customers, we believe this is the cheapest, best and fairest solution for you.

The services and costs mentioned below are incurred and must be covered in some way even for small orders. This applies to every company.

The surcharge for small quantities enables us to offer you the best possible prices and the cheapest shipping costs in a fair manner. You can also avoid this surcharge by "filling up" the order with useful accessories.

2) We are also committed to sustainability. We believe that online retailers also have a special responsibility in the 21st century. Small items in particular are ordered too frequently and individually via the Internet without paying attention to the CO² burden caused by packaging and transport (and possible return transport if the right of withdrawal is exercised).

Please consider how much accessories you could need for the next weeks and months and whether you can possibly order the accessories together. The environment will thank you and you save yourself the small quantity surcharge.
