After a successful order, an email is sent automatically. If nothing has arrived, please also check your spam folder or contact support.
Changes are only possible as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Since we usually ship the same day or the next business day after payment is received, the time window is short. Please contact customer support immediately. If the order has already been shipped, it can no longer be changed. In that case, the shipment must be refused or returned.

If the order has already been shipped, it can be returned after delivery within the withdrawal period. According to our return policy, we offer a 30 day return period starting from receipt of the last item.

IMPORTANT: All packages are handed over to DHL on time but are first scanned at the DHL sorting center, not at our facility. Delays can occur there and are beyond our control. Tracking may appear as if the package was not shipped on time, even though it was.
