Products description
Puffco New Hot Knife *Pearl*
The New Puffco Hot Knife *Pearl* is a modern heated loading tool for concentrates designed to transfer sticky extracts cleanly, precisely, and without awkward scraping into a chamber or onto a suitable surface. The combination of a glazed ceramic tip, USB-C charging, improved protective cap, and simple button operation makes the Hot Knife an especially practical accessory for concentrate vaporizers and e-rigs.
The Pearl color features a bright, clean design with a subtle premium look. The New Puffco Hot Knife is especially suitable for users who want to dose concentrates precisely, reduce residue, and make the loading process cleaner.
The Pearl color features a bright, clean design with a subtle premium look. The New Puffco Hot Knife is especially suitable for users who want to dose concentrates precisely, reduce residue, and make the loading process cleaner.
Heated ceramic tip for clean loading
The central element of the New Puffco Hot Knife is the glazed ceramic tip. It heats up at the press of a button and helps release sticky concentrates from the tool in a controlled way. Instead of having to scrape material off a classic metal tool, the concentrate can be placed more cleanly and precisely.
The redesigned tip is rounded and glazed. As a result, less material sticks to the tool and the transfer feels much more controlled. This is a clear advantage especially with thick or sticky extracts, because less residue is left behind and the chamber can be loaded more cleanly.

- Glazed ceramic tip: Supports clean release of concentrates.
- Heated transfer: The material releases more easily from the tip at the press of a button.
- Less residue: Concentrates stick less strongly to the tool.
- More precise dosing: Small amounts can be placed with better control.
Why a Hot Knife tool makes sense
Depending on their consistency, concentrates can be very sticky, thick, or difficult to dose. A classic metal tool may work in principle, but it often leads to residue, smeared edges, and unnecessary material loss. The Puffco Hot Knife solves exactly this problem by briefly heating the tip and allowing the material to drop off more cleanly.
This makes loading faster, more hygienic, and much more convenient. Especially with high quality concentrates, precise and low loss transfer is important because small amounts are already sufficient and should be placed cleanly.

| Feature | Function | Benefit |
|---|---|---|
| Heated tip | Briefly warms the concentrate on the tool | Cleaner release without heavy scraping |
| Ceramic material | Glazed tip for smoother contact | Less sticking and easier cleaning |
| Button operation | Activates the heat directly on the tool | Fast use without complicated settings |
| Protective cap | Covers the tip after use | Better protection during transport and storage |
Redesigned body with secure cap
The New Puffco Hot Knife has been noticeably improved compared to earlier versions. The body feels more comfortable in the hand, the button feels more direct, and the cap sits more securely. In addition, the cap has a practical loop, making the tool easier to carry or store in a suitable case.
These details matter more in everyday use than they may seem at first. A loading tool for concentrates is used, opened, cleaned, and stored frequently. A stable cap protects the ceramic tip better and reduces the risk of residue getting into a bag, case, or accessories.

- Lanyard loop: Practical loop on the cap for use on the go.
Simple operation with battery indicator
The New Puffco Hot Knife is intentionally simple to use. To heat the tip, the button is pressed and held. Once the concentrate on the tip is warmed, it releases much more easily and can be placed cleanly.
The battery indicator via triple click is also practical. This makes it easy to quickly check whether the Hot Knife still has enough charge or needs to be connected to USB-C before the next use.

USB-C charging and short charging time
The New Puffco Hot Knife is charged via USB-C. According to Puffco, a full charge takes about 25 minutes. This means the tool is quickly ready for use again and fits well into mobile setups where accessories should be easy to charge.
Thanks to the integrated battery, the Hot Knife remains independent from external heat sources. It is simply charged, stored with the protective cap, and used directly when needed.

Compatible with Puffco devices and many concentrate setups
The New Puffco Hot Knife is especially useful as an accessory for Puffco devices such as the Puffco Peak, Puffco Peak Pro 3DXL, Puffco Proxy, and Puffco Pivot. It can also be used with many other suitable concentrate setups whenever clean and precise loading is required.
Especially with devices that use ceramic chambers, 3D Chamber technology, or smaller loading areas, a clean loading tool is practical. The concentrate can be placed more precisely and does not have to be awkwardly scraped off on the chamber edge.

Pearl design for a clean accessory setup
The Pearl variant pairs especially well with bright Puffco devices and modern, clean accessory setups. The design looks simple, premium, and functional. As a result, the Hot Knife blends naturally into existing setups and does not look like an improvised tool.
Thanks to its compact format, the New Puffco Hot Knife can be easily stored in a case, accessory bag, or next to a concentrate vaporizer. The protective cap keeps the tip safely covered.

Cleaning and care
The New Puffco Hot Knife should be cleaned regularly so the ceramic tip stays clean and concentrates continue to slide off reliably. Cleaning is easiest directly after use while residue is still soft. The tip can be carefully wiped with a suitable cleaning swab or a soft cloth.
It is important not to roughly scrape or mechanically stress the ceramic tip. The electronics and USB-C port must not be soaked. Before putting the cap on, the tip should cool down and be free from major residue.

- Ceramic tip: Carefully wipe after use.
- Protective cap: Only place it on a cooled and clean tip.
- USB-C port: Keep dry and free from residue.
- Housing: Clean the outside carefully when needed.
Conclusion
The New Puffco Hot Knife *Pearl* is a well designed premium accessory for concentrates and a smart addition for Puffco devices as well as many other suitable concentrate setups. The heated ceramic tip, fast USB-C charging, simple operation, and improved protective cap provide noticeably cleaner handling.
The Hot Knife is especially useful when sticky or thick extracts need to be dosed precisely. Anyone who wants to load concentrates more cleanly, reduce residue, and upgrade their accessory setup will find the New Puffco Hot Knife *Pearl* to be a practical and very everyday friendly solution.
